                   A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PRELIMINARY CONCEPT 
                   PLAN FOR GREENWAY FARM AND RENAMING SPANGLER 
                   FARM AS THE GREENWAY FARM.

       	    	 WHEREAS, Sam Rogers, ASLA, has prepared a conceptual 
       master plan for development of the City's property formerly known 
       as the Spangler Farm; and
       	    	 WHEREAS, this property is being renamed "The Greenway 
       Farm";
       	    	 WHEREAS, the Preliminary Concept Plan dated September, 
       1992, is an appropriate document as a master plan for the 
       development of the property;
                                NOW, THEREFORE,
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Preliminary Concept Plan 
       developed by Sam Rogers for Spangler Farm, which shall hereafter 
       be known as The Greenway Farm, be and the same is hereby adopted 
       as a master plan for the development of the property.
